Do you charge carriage?

We have varied shipping options, all of which are detailed next to each product.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes – we dispatch regularly throughout Europe and further afield to the USA & Australia.

Do you have a warehouse we can visit? 

No – we are an online based company.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We try to update our website as frequently as possible with any items that are out of stock. For large quantities, we can place this item on back order or offer you an alternative that we can send immediately – someone will be in touch from our sales office should this happen. For small quantities we will arrange a credit or refund.

What is your usual shipping time?

We aim to dispatch in 1-3 days depending on levels of orders.

Where is my shipment?

We dispatch all shipments via Royal Mail and use the 'Signed For' service. If your order contains large/heavy quantities of fabric then we will use Collect Plus or an alternative courier service. If you enter a mobile number in your account information then you will be sent a text with an approximate delivery time once dispatched.
